What nude sports to you actually play? And want to play?
For me, I would love to be free of a swimsuit whenever I go swimming -- pool or beach, lake or river. As it is, if I can find a secluded swimming hole, no swimsuit for me. Recently, I have begun pushing the boundaries by wearing thong swimsuits when people might see me -- though I keep a pair of shorts handy in case I am told to cover up. At Hunting Island, a few people came to that end of the beach where I was, but no one said anything about my thong.
And related to swimming is snorkling. I have not yet had the opportunity to do that nude, but when the opportunity is there, I will go for it.
I do go hiking/backpacking/camping nude -- get a backcountry permit, and you'd be surprised how few people bother leaving the popular trails. In Congaree, once I left the trail and set out for the backcountry, I literally did not put on clothes for three days. There was NO ONE.
I would bet rock scrambling, climbing, canyoneering would be great nude.
I have done the Bare Buns Fun Run, so clearly, trail racing is do-able nude, as long as you wear good shoes. I heard of people doing the Bay-to-Breakers in San Francisco nude; but I am out of condition now, and my knees aren't what they used to be. I have a feeling my days as a runner are coming to an end.
